Systematic reviews and meta-analysis are considered to be the highest level of evidence in research. A systematic review refers to the entire process of selecting, evaluating, and synthesizing all available evidence. Meta-analysis refers to the statistical approach to combining the data derived from a systematic-review.

This workshop will cover how to formulate an answerable research question, define inclusion and exclusion criteria, search for the evidence, extract data, assess the risk of bias , and perform a meta-analysis.
